So, following on from that lovely blog post, I wanted to gently pull back the curtain a little bit today and talk about something super important to the way I love to create these special little worlds for you – those custom digital orders, like the letters, fan-fictions, diary entries, and stories! Many of you wonderful souls have noticed that when you place a special order, I get super excited and ask for… well, lots of sparkly details about YOU! 😊
And I thought, maybe it would be nice to blog about why!
Why does I get all starry-eyed asking about your personality, how you might imagine yourself looking in that moment, and truly, anything else your heart wants to share?
It might seem like a lot, I know! Sometimes maybe even a little bit… intrusive? Oh, I really hope not! Please know it comes from the absolute warmest, most caring place in my heart. It's not about being nosy, I promise pinky-swear! It’s about… well, it’s about magic! ✨
Think of it like this: when we talked about comfort characters being safe havens and reflections, the magic truly sparks when that connection feels real, right? When it feels like your character understands you? That’s the feeling I want to capture for you in every single custom piece.
Imagine receiving a letter from your dearest comfort character. It’s wonderful, of course!
Suddenly, it’s not just a letter from the character. It feels like a letter to YOU. Truly, authentically, uniquely you.
That’s the secret ingredient!

Painting Your Picture with Personality & Presence:
Oh, this part is so much fun!
When you share a little about your personality – maybe you’re shy and thoughtful, bubbly and energetic, fiercely protective, deeply curious, or a wonderful mix of everything! – it helps me understand how your character would naturally interact with you. Would they be gentle and encouraging? Would they match your energy with playful banter? Would they offer quiet comfort or a rousing cheer? Knowing you helps me tailor their voice, their actions, their very presence in the story so it feels like a genuine connection is forming.
And when I ask about physical details (always optional, of course!), it’s not about needing a perfect photograph! It’s more about little anchors. Maybe knowing you have bright, curious eyes helps me write a scene where the character feels drawn to your gaze. Maybe knowing you love wearing comfy, oversized sweaters allows the character to offer you one of theirs in a sweet moment. These little touches aren't about vanity; they're about making you feel seen and acknowledged within the safe space of the story. It helps ground the interaction, making it feel more tangible, more real, like you’re truly there with them.

This is why I always say, "the more info, the more personalized your custom order will be!" Every single detail you feel comfortable sharing is like adding another sprinkle of stardust to the creation. It helps me move beyond generic scenarios and craft something truly unique, something that feels like it could only have been written for you and your character.
Don’t ever feel pressured to share anything you’re not comfortable with, truly!
Your boundaries are always the most important thing. But please know that every little bit you do share is received with gratitude and excitement. Even seemingly small details can blossom into beautiful, meaningful moments within your story or letter. There's no such thing as a "silly" or "unimportant" detail in this space! It's all part of the wonderful constellation that makes you, you.
